Job summary

Generator Supercenter is looking for a result driven Full-Time Sales Representative to actively work inside After-Market Sales Call Center. Sell aftermarket products post sale of a Generac generator and handle customer calls to quote parts and services.

You will engage with customers to understand needs, explain features, and close opportunities with strong phone etiquette. Hours are Monday–Friday 8–5 or 9–6, occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Must be well spoken and comfortable talking to individuals.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Google Sheets.
• Highly motivated and target driven.
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Selling aftermarket products post sale of a Generac generator.
• Answering incoming calls from customers interested in purchasing the aftermarket services and items we provide.
• Calling customers to quote parts required for the repair of their purchased generators.
• Efficiently completing their list of sales leads on a daily basis.
• Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities with proper phone etiquette.
• Answering customers’ questions, resolving their concerns, and providing additional information as needed.
• Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of the products or services.
• Tend to high volume of calls.
• Monday – Friday, Hours are from 8-5 or 9-6. Occasional Saturdays as needed.
