Job summary

Generator Supercenter is seeking a result-driven Full-Time Sales Representative to actively work inside the After-Market Sales Call Center. You will sell aftermarket products, handle inquiries, and quote parts for generator repairs, while building strong customer relationships.

Ideal candidates are well spoken with excellent selling and communication skills, comfortable with a high-volume call environment, and proficient with Excel/Word. Training and development are provided.

Responsibilities

• Sell aftermarket products post sale of a Generac generator.
• Answer incoming calls from customers interested in aftermarket services and items.
• Quote parts required for repairs and follow up on leads daily.
• Maintain a high volume of calls while delivering excellent customer service.
• Explain and demonstrate functions and features of products or services.
• Provide information, answer questions, and resolve customer concerns.
