Job summary

Generator Supercenter is seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Representative to work in our call center. You will develop new sales opportunities using outbound lists, interact with customers to understand needs, and recommend product solutions.

Responsible for maintaining lead databases, handling inquiries, and demonstrating product features. The role includes a Monday–Friday schedule with some Saturdays and a compensation model of hourly pay plus commission.

Qualifications

• Experience in a call center or sales environment preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette and customer interaction skills.
• Ability to handle high volume of calls and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Developing new sales opportunities using outbound lists and lead follow-ups.
• Communicating with customers to understand needs and identify opportunities.
• Answering questions, resolving concerns, and providing information via calls and emails.
• Explaining and demonstrating product features and services.
• Maintaining and improving the database of prospects and researching new leads.
• Tend to high volume of calls; basic MS Excel/Word usage.
• Hours: Mon-Fri 8-5 or 9-6; occasional Saturdays; hourly + commission.
