I-State Truck Center in Marshfield, WI, seeks an Inside Sales Representative to support Railroad and Material Handling sales operations. You will coordinate orders, prepare quotations, track inventory, and deliver exceptional customer support from our Marshfield location.

Collaborating with Outside Sales Representatives, customers, vendors, and internal teams, you will document and manage orders, quotes, and invoices, while maintaining CRM records and building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of sales, inside sales, or related experience.
• Experience using CRM software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite with Excel.

Responsabilités

• Answer customer inquiries by phone, email, and other channels.
• Process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Make outbound sales calls to existing and prospective customers.
• Support RR and MH sales efforts within assigned territories.
• Develop strong customer relationships through professional communication and responsive service.
• Create quotes and sales proposals for the outside sales team.
• Track sales activity and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
