Sulzer is looking for an Inside Sales Representative in La Porte, TX to manage proposals, coordinate with operations, and communicate with customers. You will use ERP and CRM systems, prepare quotes, and oversee project financials from PO receipt to invoicing.

A strong background in MS Office and finance helps drive accurate proposals and timely deliveries. The role emphasizes collaboration across sales, operations, and customer support in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Power Generation

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Time management skills.
• Understanding of basic financial concepts.

Aufgaben

• Generate and manage proposals within the ERP system.
• Serve as liaison between customer and operations for commercial/technical clarifications.
• Use CRM to communicate opportunity details with ASM; integrate with ERP quotes.
• Monitor project financials and approve final invoicing.
• Coordinate and manage project hand-offs and issue resolutions.
