FASTSIGNS North Orlando is seeking a personable Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. You will be the first contact for customers, understand goals, recommend signage solutions, prepare quotes, and guide projects from initial inquiry to completion.

This is a relationship-based, not a high-pressure call-center role. You will work with design, production, installation, and sales teams, stay organized, and pursue repeat business and referrals while maintaining strong follow-through.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer relationship skills; industry knowledge helpful but not required.
• Ability to discuss pricing and next steps confidently.
• Strong follow-through and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Be one of the first points of contact for calls, emails, and leads.
• Ask questions about goals, budget, and timeline.
• Recommend signage and visual communication solutions.
• Prepare quotes and estimates for routine projects.
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and opportunities.
• Keep customers updated through design, production, and installation.
• Collaborate with design, production, installation, and sales teams.
• Manage CRM with customer information and follow-ups.
• Pursue repeat business and referrals.
