Job summary

FASTSIGNS of Apopka is looking for a highly organized, proactive Sales Support Coordinator to join our growing team. This is not a traditional sales position.

You’ll help turn a sold project into a completed project by coordinating with Sales, Project Management, Production, and Installation teams, scheduling installations and deliveries, and keeping information organized to ensure on-time completion. Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, project coordination, scheduling or administrative support is helpful.
• Sign industry experience is NOT required; we can teach you signs.

Responsibilities

• Support our sales team with day-to-day project and administrative coordination.
• Coordinate customer projects from order through production, installation/delivery, and completion.
• Schedule installations and communicate scheduling information with customers and our team.
• Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and other project logistics.
• Communicate project updates and routine information to customers.
• Track projects and follow up on missing information, approvals, and next steps.
• Keep customer and project information accurate and organized in our systems.
• Help ensure completed projects are processed for invoicing promptly.
• Work closely with Sales, Design, Production, Installation, and Project Management.
• Identify things that are falling behind and proactively help get them moving again.
• Help create a great customer experience from the time a project is sold until it is completed.
