Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence in sales conversations and asking for the order.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• 2–3 years in retail, customer service, or inside sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the first impression and ongoing relationship manager for our customers—balancing service, sales, and organization.
• Greet walk-in customers and manage incoming calls/emails with professionalism and energy
• Guide customers through product options and recommend solutions
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products
• Follow up with past customers to generate repeat business
• Prepare estimates and enter accurate work orders
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery
• Stay on top of multiple jobs, deadlines, and details simultaneously
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales/marketing efforts
• Keep organized records, notes, and follow-ups
