Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking an inside sales representative/project manager to coordinate customer support from quote to delivery. You will educate customers, interpret project requirements, develop specifications, provide quotes, and secure contracts and deposits.

Post-sale duties include order entry, coordinating with technical services, manufacturing and delivery. This office-based role requires a High School diploma or GED, at least three years in sales or a service-oriented field,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a sales or service-oriented industry preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with attention to detail and organization.
• Sufficient personal computer and business software use capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Generate professional project estimates and sales of metal building systems, residential metal roofing and components.
• Enter sales orders into software systems and coordinate internal resources to provide customers with desired products and services.
• Manage post-delivery issues such as damages, shortages, delays, changes, field fabrication methods, etc.
