Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales, project management, customer service, manufacturing, or related role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, CAD drawings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers through sales and production.
• Respond to inquiries, follow up on quotations and opportunities, analyze requirements.
• Develop quotations, communicate updates, and maintain customer relationships.
• Manage projects from quotation through shipment with cross-functional teams.
• Review specifications, CAD drawings, and engineering documents for production needs.
• Coordinate freight quotes, monitor status, and support continuous improvement.
