Job summary

Asahi/America is seeking a Sales Project Coordinator to join our Inside Sales team in Lawrence, MA. You will coordinate customer projects from quotation through delivery, ensuring orders stay on track, customers stay informed, and projects are completed successfully.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, Production Planning, Manufacturing, and Distribution to keep schedules on track, prepare pricing, and improve project reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project coordination, inside sales, or customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects or requests simultaneously.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate orders and monitor project schedules from quotation to delivery.
• Prepare project pricing, maintain reports, and docu­mentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, Production, and Distribution.
• Attend project meetings and drive action items to completion.
