Responsibilities

Prospect and reach out to new clients to explain how our coverage options can protect their families and assets.

Conduct thorough insurance reviews to ensure our current clients have the right protection for their changing lives.

Prepare accurate quotes and explain complex policy details in a clear, easy-to-understand way.

Maintain organized records of all client interactions within our management system to ensure follow-ups happen on time.

Collaborate with the rest of the agency team to reach our shared goals for growth and community support.

Provide ongoing support to policyholders whenever they have questions about their coverage or billing.

Requirements

Active Mississippi Property & Casualty insurance license.

Life Insurance License a plus.

Previous experience working in an insurance agency or high-volume sales environment.

Strong comfort level with computer systems and navigating multiple software windows simultaneously.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Clear and articulate phone presence with a focus on active listening.
