Telementum Global in Lawrenceville, GA is seeking an Indirect Inside Sales Representative to maximize revenue from wireless carrier partners within Alpha Comm programs. This role requires on-site presence and involves high-volume outreach by phone and email to drive incremental sales and accessory orders.

You will maintain the CRM with daily activity, overcome objections, and build value in Alpha Comm programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inside sales experience with high-volume outreach.
• Minimum daily outbound activity of 50 contacts.
• Ability to build value in programs and accessory categories.
• Experience using CRM/ERP and logistics tracking systems to secure orders.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales gaps and conduct outreach to partners to generate incremental sales.
• Maintain daily outbound outreach—50+ touches per day.
• Build value in Alpha Comm programs and accessory categories.
• Use CRM/ERP and logistics systems to secure sales orders.
• Offer alternatives for out-of-stock products and upsell additional items.
• Collaborate with partners to foster weekly replenishment orders.
