Socket.dev is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to join our on-site team in Atlanta. You will help exceed monthly quotas, promote handsets, rate plans, features and accessories, and model best practices for new hires.

This full-time role requires Spanish (preferred), strong communication, and reliable transportation. Join a collaborative team and benefit from a structured environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per company guidance and benchmarks.
• Practice behaviors and best practices to generate and maximize sales and key metrics.
• Perform as a role model and assist new hires and peers.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by management.
• Adhere to all policies, as outlined in the Handbook and other company communications.
• Master all required systems: RQ4, Paycom, etc.
• Review sales paperwork for discrepancies/errors.
• Follow cash depositing procedures and protect company assets.
• Open/close store checklists with zero errors.
• Communicate inventory deficiencies to supervisors.
• Safeguard codes & passwords (e.g., RQ4, Carrier logins, Email, Security).
• Maintain store appearance and complete required training on schedule.
