Job summary

Sun Com Mobile in Carrollton, GA is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to work in person. You will deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed benchmarks, drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features, and accessories per management guidance, and model behaviors to support new hires and peers.

Responsibilities include following company policies, mastering systems like RQ4 and Paycom, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring accurate time attendance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation to location, training, and off-site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of preferred handsets, rate plans, features and accessories, per company guidance and benchmarks set by management.
• Perform as a role model and assist new hires and peer Retail Sales Consultants.
