Job summary

Cellular World, an AT&T Authorized Retailer in Columbus, GA, is seeking a Wireless Retail Sales Consultant to drive wireless and entertainment product sales. You will build total solutions for customers across wireless, wearables, tablets, connected car, accessories, and device protection, while guiding them to DIRECTV options to complete their experience.

The role emphasizes delivering an outstanding customer experience, hitting sales targets, and collaborating with the team.

Qualifications

• Must attend all off-site promotional events during and after business hours
• Must be able to achieve sale benchmarks goals that will reward you with big money
• Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate towards and understanding their needs
• Build value by offering tailored and thoughtful solutions to fit each person, family or business
• Represent AT&T with professionalism and courtesy; assist store operations
• Cooperate with fellow Retail Sales Consultants to achieve a team sales approach
• Excel in selling AT&T products and services, including entertainment
• Work with leaders to stand out, serve and succeed in the community
• Bilingual communication is a plus, but all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary customer experience and meet or exceed monthly sales objectives
• Work with a portfolio of wireless, wearables, tablets, connected car, accessories, and device protection
• Offer smart entertainment options (DIRECTV, DIRECTV Stream, Internet) to complete the customer experience
