Qualifications

• 2 years of inside sales and customer service or welding experience.
• Greeting walk-in customers and answering phones professionally.
• Customer service experience with services, products, and invoices.
• Process sales transactions while building trust and future sales.
• Support Sales staff with customer information and follow up.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Store Manager to maintain product levels and showroom displays.
• Safely load cylinders and products for transport.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and organize shelves and displays.
• Assist customers and provide accurate information on services and products.
• Adhere to company policies and safety procedures.
