Job summary

Choice Home Warranty is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to close warm leads from customers already interested in home warranty coverage. You will handle incoming sales calls, build rapport, and identify customer needs to recommend coverage.

This role offers uncapped commissions with a $100K+ earning potential, paid training, and a four-day workweek, with 100% onsite work in Edison, NJ.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and close sales.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong phone presence.
• Experience meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
