Job summary

Choice Home Warranty, based in New Jersey, seeks an Inside Sales Representative to close warm leads with inbound interest in home warranty products. This onsite role offers uncapped commissions and a four-day workweek, with comprehensive benefits and a path for advancement.

The ideal candidate is motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented, comfortable talking with customers by phone, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced sales environment. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and close sales.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong phone presence.
• Experience meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Close warm leads from customers actively interested in home warranty coverage.
• Handle incoming sales calls and inquiries.
• Build strong rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the appropriate coverage.
• Present products and confidently close sales.
• Upsell and maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer information and documentation.

Schedules:

Monday -Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM will need to work 2 days a month during the weekend.

Friday – Monday | 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Tuesday – Thursday OFF

What You'll Do

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will:

• Close warm leads from customers actively interested in home warranty coverage
