Job summary

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive sales of CAT machines, attachments, and services in the assigned territory. This role blends telephone and in-person engagement to grow a loyal customer base in construction, agriculture, and related sectors.

The ISR will receive training and ongoing coaching to develop product knowledge and a solution-focused sales approach, with opportunities for advancement within 29 locations across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year industry-related experience preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Qualify accounts and grow sales and rental of machines and attachments.
• Promote dealership services and sell machines, attachments, rentals, parts and service.
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet them.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and Cleveland Brothers staff.
• Coordinate with Field Sales Reps for demos and leads.
