Job summary

Cleveland Brothers is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Pennsylvania. The role combines telephone and in-person sales to grow sales of equipment and related solutions within a defined geographic region.

The ISR will work to identify unassigned or underserved customers, promote dealership services, and build strong customer relationships. Training is provided, with clear paths for advancement across 29 locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year industry-related experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively (English).

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with small- to medium-sized construction and agriculture customers.
• Sell machines, attachments, rentals, parts, service and other dealership solutions.
• Qualify accounts, update customer information and generate leads for the outside sales team.
