Job summary

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in the United States to identify and develop small- to mid-sized construction and agriculture customers.

The ISR will work to increase sales of Cat machines, attachments, and services through phone and in-person contact within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have a drive to win in solo and team settings, basic sales skills, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 1 year industry related experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year retail sales or other sales experience preferred.
• Acceptable driving record and valid driver's license required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively (English).

Responsibilities

• Qualify and grow a large account base in the assigned territory to boost sales and rentals.
• Promote machines, attachments, rentals, as well as parts, service and support agreements to customers.
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet them.
• Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to ensure satisfaction.
• Partner with Field Sales Reps to schedule demos and forward leads to outside sales.
