Job summary

Loving Air Inc – Fredericksburg, VA is hiring an Inside Sales Representative. This full-time, in-office role includes occasional in-home consultations to provide accurate installation estimates and close opportunities.

You will follow up quotes, handle inbound/outbound calls, and build relationships to generate revenue, with performance-based compensation and strong earning potential in a community-focused HVAC company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related sales experience preferred.
• Strong phone presence and communication skills.
• Comfortable running in-home sales appointments.
• Ability to manage pipeline and follow-ups independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (ServiceTitan experience preferred).
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on quotes generated by service and install teams.
• Make outbound calls to new, current, and previous customers.
• Generate new business through inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Create and present installation quotations.
• Cross-sell memberships and additional services.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Accurately track calls, jobs, and transactions in ServiceTitan.
• Process payments, renewals, and customer transactions.
• Answer inbound calls and schedule services.
• Attend sales meetings and business development events.
• Represent Loving Air’s core values in every interaction.
