Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a motivated Inside Sales professional to expand an assigned portfolio through proactive outbound calls and virtual meetings, using our structured campaign process to identify needs and achieve weekly sales goals.

You will conduct product demonstrations, manage calls, prepare proposals, close deals, and build lasting customer relationships while leveraging CRM tools and company training to advance your career.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual product demonstrations highlighting features and benefits.
• Handle high volume calls and document sales activities in CRM.
• Prepare quotes and proposals to close deals.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to identify upsell opportunities.
• Close sales on the spot after presenting solutions.
• Communicate clearly, listen actively, and adapt to customer needs.
• Utilize CRM tools and sales processes to track progress.
