Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking an Inside Sales professional to expand an existing customer portfolio through proactive outreach and virtual meetings. You will use a structured campaign process to identify needs, foster relationships, and achieve weekly quotas.

Responsibilities include product demos, call management, proposal preparation, and closing deals. Strong CRM, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet.
• Prior sales experience (1+ year) preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations to highlight features and benefits.
• Handle high volume calls and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and identify upsell opportunities.
• Close sales after presenting solutions and addressing objections for a smooth signed deal.
• Communicate clearly, listen actively and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
