Tri-Lift Industries, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to drive revenue growth in the North Carolina and surrounding markets.

You will act as a consultative advisor to clients, expanding the customer base and increasing profitability by delivering tailored material handling solutions. The role offers competitive salary with commissions, extensive product training, and a defined career path.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree with business acumen or equivalent experience required.
• Proven ability to use CRM and MS Office tools effectively.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage schedules and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• 20-30 phone calls per day to an existing customer base in assigned territory to follow up on previous sales, gather account information and update CRM.
• 40 prospecting calls per day to new potential customers to introduce yourself, gather information, schedule appointments, and generate quotes.
• Utilize CRM daily to plan schedules in advance.
• Achieve assigned lead/sold quota for target customers and contractors.
