Job summary

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co. is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. This role blends telephone and in-person outreach to build relationships with small- to mid-sized construction and agricultural customers in the region.

The ISR develops product knowledge, drives sales of machines, attachments, rentals, and services, and works with Field Sales Representatives on demos and leads. We offer training and career advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 1 year industry-related sales experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year retail sales or other sales experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to communicate effectively (speak, read, comprehend, write, and speak in English).

Responsibilities

• Qualify and grow accounts; drive sales and rentals of machines and attachments.
• Promote dealership services by selling machines, attachments, rentals, parts and service.
• Analyze customer needs and provide solutions.
• Build relationships with customers and Cleveland Brothers personnel.
