ESC Supply in Huntsville, AL is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Huntsville branch. This is a customer-focused, hands-on role that involves helping customers identify the right products, processing orders, and providing knowledgeable, responsive service while supporting day-to-day operations.

You will be a key point of contact for customers—answering calls, assisting with orders, and working with the Branch Manager to support branch growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in design and estimating.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist with warehouse duties as needed.

Responsabilités

• Answer customer calls and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance.
• Help customers identify products and solutions that meet their needs.
• Process customer orders and provide product information, pricing, and availability.
• Build positive relationships with existing customers and provide responsive follow-up.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services when appropriate.
• Support branch sales goals and contribute to overall branch growth.
• Promote ESC Central monitoring services, the ESC Supply website, and the ESC Supply app to customers.
• Work closely with the Branch Manager and other team members to support branch objectives.
• Assist with day-to-day branch operations and help keep the branch organized and customer ready.
