Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow up with warm leads generated by sales and marketing teams.
• Make high-volume calls to homeowners to close sales.
• Contact customers who previously requested service or consultations.
• Build rapport and identify HVAC or home service needs.
• Present service options and convert opportunities into sales.
• Re-engage prior leads and rehash opportunities not yet converted.
• Maintain high call volume while delivering excellent service.
• Track customer interactions and sales activity in company systems.
• Meet or exceed conversion and revenue targets.
