• Strong communication and rapport-building skills with customers.

Responsibilities

• Call homeowners with open, unsold estimates and close them over the phone.
• Rebuild rapport/trust with customers who already know us.
• Identify reasons a job didn’t move forward and address them to recover revenue.
• Educate homeowners on options and guide them to a decision.
• Maintain CRM with notes, next steps and follow-up dates; schedule field work.
