Qualifications

• Prior inside sales, customer service, or phone-based sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with CRM tools and basic quote/proposal preparation.
• Familiarity with commercial door, dock, or access-control products.
• Experience quoting service/repair work, not only new equipment sales.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound calls and quote requests, converting inquiries into scheduled work.
• Prepare and send accurate quotes and proposals in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update the CRM pipeline for all inside-sales opportunities.
• Follow up proactively on outstanding quotes to drive conversion.
• Coordinate closely with the Service Manager and technicians to ensure smooth handoff once a deal closes.
• Support the outside sales team with administrative and quoting overflow as needed.
