Toyota Automated Logistics seeks an Inside Sales Representative to support customers, respond to inquiries, and process orders within our online and field sales network. You will maintain CRM data, prepare quotes, and ensure timely follow-up through the purchase cycle.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This role offers growth within a global logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in technology or business.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 0–2 years’ customer service experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Responsive and able to react quickly.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to identify process improvements.
• Detail oriented with high accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develops product knowledge through training and meetings.
• Responds quickly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or forms.
• Provides quotes with product info, pricing, shipping terms.
• Processes orders and follows up through purchasing cycle.
• Uses Microsoft Office, D365, and CRM to manage sales.
• Maintains customer database in CRM systems.
• Keeps supplier information and product content up to date.
• Communicates strategic information about suppliers, customers, and competition.
• Performs other duties as directed by management.
