Sage Rental Services, LLC is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative for our Oklahoma City team. You will be the primary contact for customer inquiries, prepare quotes and rental contracts, coordinate deliveries, and support the sales and operations teams to meet customer needs.

The role emphasizes building customer relationships, organizing schedules, and delivering responsive, solution-oriented service in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 1-3 years of inside sales, customer service, equipment rental or related field.

Sage Rental Services is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our Oklahoma City team.

This is a key customer-facing role that connects our customers with SAGE’s sales, operations, dispatch, and field teams. As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll help customers find the right pumping and equipment solutions, prepare quotes and rental agreements, coordinate deliveries and service, and support Outside Sales Representatives in growing the business.

We’re looking for someone who is responsive, organized, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment . The right candidate enjoys building customer relationships, solving problems, and taking ownership of the customer experience from the initial inquiry through equipment delivery and project completion.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming customer inquiries, rental requests, and walk-in customers.
• Develop an understanding of each customer’s project needs and help identify the appropriate SAGE equipment and services.
• Prepare accurate and timely quotes, rental contracts, sales orders, and proposals.
• Support Outside Sales Representatives with pricing, equipment availability, customer requests, and new opportunities.
• Communicate equipment availability, pricing, delivery schedules, and service expectations clearly and professionally.
• Proactively follow up on quotes, open opportunities, and customer requests.
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships by providing responsive and dependable service.
• Identify opportunities to expand customer relationships and support branch revenue growth.
• Develop a strong working knowledge of SAGE’s pumping equipment, services, applications, and capabilities.

Branch & Operational Support

• Coordinate with operations, dispatch, transportation, field service, and sales teams to ensure customer commitments are met.
• Assist with scheduling equipment deliveries, pickups, and service calls.
• Maintain accurate customer, rental, pricing, and sales information within company systems.
• Monitor equipment availability and work with branch personnel to help meet upcoming customer demands.
• Maintain organized records of quotes, contracts, customer activity, and sales opportunities.
• Communicate customer needs, project changes, and potential issues to the appropriate team members.
• Support day-to-day branch operations and assist branch leadership as needed.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment focused on safety, accountability, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, equipment rental, construction, industrial services, or a related environment.
• Strong customer-service mindset with an interest in sales and business development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, email, and in person.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when preparing quotes, contracts, and customer documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn rental, ERP, CRM, and other business systems.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with sales, operations, and field personnel.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Ability to successfully complete required pre-employment screening, including a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Commitment to SAGE’s safety policies, procedures, and environmental standards.
