Job summary

Northeastern Supply Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to partner with outside sales and the distribution team to grow existing accounts and win new customers from our Maryland branch network.

You will be the product expert and customer advocate on the phone and at the counter, building lasting relationships while delivering solutions customers need. A strong emphasis on meeting monthly quotas and providing superior service is required.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of inside sales or wholesale distribution experience preferred.
• Product and applications experience in plumbing or HVAC is a strong plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and company software systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas; actively upsell complementary products and convert customers to stocked brands.
• Present pricing, credit, and terms accurately; follow through on all commitments to customers.
• Promote current programs, products, and the company's competitive advantages with confidence.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly; follow up after sales to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Coordinate effectively with outside sales on projects, quotes, and customer accounts; maintain shipment tracking.
