Job summary

Ulbrich Stainless Steels & Special Metals, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Powdersville, SC. The role focuses on managing established accounts and prospecting leads to grow the customer base.

You will gain product knowledge through orientation and collaborate with teams to ensure accurate quotations and timely deliveries. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of industrial sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and familiarity with CRM and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Requires a college degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of B2B sales in manufacturing/service center setting.
• Experience in account management and metals industry a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office; CRM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage an inside sales territory and grow the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide quotes.
• Assist with forecasting and inventory management.
• Make outbound sales calls to prospect and market additional products.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and communicate product options, pricing, and delivery terms.
• Document orders accurately and maintain account files.
