SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to develop new leads and nurture relationships with Heritage Pool Supply in Covington, LA.

You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through a smooth sales process using CRM tools and MS Office. Responsibilities include qualifying opportunities, supporting the outside sales team, preparing proposals, and driving outbound calls—managing around 15 accounts daily with a focus on customer satisfaction and ethical

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Background check and pre-employment drug test will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new leads and opportunities.
• Support outside sales team in managing customer accounts and orders.
• Prepare product demonstrations, presentations and proposals.
• Track and report sales performance using CRM.
• Drive outbound calls and manage at least 15 customers daily.
• Collaborate with Credit and Lead Generation to identify opportunities.
