Hubbard Supplyhouse is seeking an energetic Inside Sales representative to join our team. You will work closely with outside sales and others to grow existing customers, create new ones, and meet monthly quotas while maintaining gross margin and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Previous sales experience is required.
• Product/applications experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency expected.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer inquiries to determine appropriate service level and resolve issues or escalate as needed.
• Build customer loyalty by understanding business needs and developing tailored solutions that create mutual value.
• Leverage CRM and company tools to enhance customer interactions and track engagement history.
• Implement strategic time management to optimize productivity and response times.
• Support account development with clear revenue, product mix, and profitability goals.
• Prepare quotes and pricing aligned with company standards and customer expectations.
• Deliver professional, knowledgeable service reflecting company values at every touchpoint.
• Adapt communication style to engage different customer segments across the supply chain.
• Practice consultative selling through attentive listening and meaningful dialogue.
