Hubbard Supplyhouse is seeking an energetic Counter Salesperson to join our family‑like team at the Cornelius location, with training at nearby Hubbard branches. This role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork as you assist plumbers, builders, and homeowners in selecting plumbing, irrigation, kitchen, bath, and lighting products.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, a 401(k) with matching and profit-sharing, comprehensive benefits, paid

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year in a progressive role; 2 years preferred.
• Product or applications experience required.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to travel to Hubbard branches during training.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in and telephone customers professionally.
• Manage multiple customers and requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Help customers select right products using questions and active listening.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and product support as needed.
• Enter orders in Eclipse ERP and handle returns per policy.
• Communicate order status, delays, substitutions, or availability changes.
