Hubbard Supplyhouse is seeking an energetic Counter Sales Associate to join our team at the Cornelius/Charlotte area location. You will help walk-in and telephone customers, advise on plumbing and irrigation products, and support orders and returns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in a progressive role (2 years preferred).
• Product/applications experience required.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to travel to various Hubbard branches during training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in and telephone customers professionally.
• Assist customers in selecting right products with knowledge and recommendations.
• Enter orders accurately in ERP and process returns/warranty requests.
• Maintain clean, organized counter/work area and build customer relationships.
• Support outside sales with customer needs and leads.
