Job summary

The Granite Group is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to be the go-to contact for customers in our California branch. You will handle calls, greet walk-ins, write sales orders and quotes, assist with picking/packing, and restock merchandise while supporting the branch team.

You’ll discuss plumbing, heating, and HVAC products with customers; strong computer skills are essential as technology powers your work. A service-minded, team-focused attitude is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in the industry and a solid understanding of product lines is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are important.
• Experience answering sales calls and assisting customers is expected.

Responsibilities
