Job summary

Granite Group Wholesalers LLC is seeking Senior Inside Sales Representatives to support contractors, plumbers, HVAC pros, builders, and other trade customers across Eastern Massachusetts branches. You will assist with orders, answer product questions, and recommend solutions to ensure a positive branch experience.

The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and a sales-minded approach in a fast-paced wholesale distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Sales-minded approach with a focus on helping customers succeed.
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, PVF, hydronics, wholesale distribution, construction supply, or related field preferred.
• Ability to learn and communicate technical product information.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented attitude and commitment to excellence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers face to face and by phone with orders, pricing, availability, and product questions.
• Recommend plumbing, HVAC, PVF, hydronic, and related products based on customer needs.
• Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Build relationships with contractors, plumbers, HVAC technicians, builders, and other trade professionals.
• Support branch sales goals by identifying customer needs and suggesting value-added products or services.
• Work with branch teammates to maintain a smooth, organized, and customer-friendly operation.
