Job summary

The Granite Group is seeking Senior Inside Sales Representatives to support contractors, plumbers, HVAC professionals, builders, and other trade customers across Eastern Massachusetts branches. In this customer-facing role, you will help process orders, answer questions, and recommend solutions to ensure a positive branch experience.

Ideal candidates bring experience in plumbing, HVAC, PVF, hydronics, wholesale distribution, or related field and possess strong communication and sales skills to

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Sales-minded approach with a focus on helping customers succeed.
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, PVF, hydronics, wholesale distribution, construction supply, or related field preferred.
• Ability to learn and communicate technical product information.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented attitude and commitment to excellence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers face to face and by phone with orders, pricing, availability, and product questions.
• Recommend plumbing, HVAC, PVF, hydronic, and related products based on customer needs.
• Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Build relationships with contractors, plumbers, HVAC technicians, builders, and other trade professionals.
• Support branch sales goals by identifying customer needs and suggesting value-added products or services.
• Work with branch teammates to maintain a smooth, organized, and customer-friendly operation.
