Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience or equivalent training preferred.
• Demonstrated trade experience in mechanical and industrial piping applications.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and take orders from customers.
• Provide status updates on previous orders.
• Prepare quotations and bids.
• Entry of sales data into computer systems.
• Purchasing non‑stock items and filling backorders.
• Coordinate sales orders.
• Provide professional customer service.
