A-1 Pest Control is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team onsite in North Carolina. The role focuses on listening to customer needs, routing to technicians, and offering service plans.

This position operates Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with a base hourly wage plus commissions. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, following up on leads, explaining services and terms, and scheduling appointments for territory managers.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of inside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, online inquiries, and referrals from prospective customers needing pest control services.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, schedule inspections, and offer service plans.
• Explain pest control services, pricing, and contract terms clearly.
• Qualify leads by pest issues, location, and urgency; schedule appointments for territory managers.
• Provide post-sale support and upsell additional services.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
