Boston Scientific is seeking a Field Sales Associate to support regional accounts under the guidance of the Region Sales Manager. You will work with Territory Managers to retain market share and provide exceptional service and clinical support, including in-services and training initiatives to elevate team performance.

The role requires a proactive, coachable self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsabilidades

• Strengthen key account relationships through regular customer visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, in-services, procedural observation, and issue resolution.
• Engage with physicians, nurses, technicians, materials management, hospital administration, and infection control.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers and cross-functional teams to assess business conditions and sales trends.
• Drive utilization of targeted technologies across assigned accounts.
• Demonstrate clinical excellence in relevant disease states.
• Develop and execute proactive service plans with the Region Manager to maintain market share and customer satisfaction.
