Responsibilities

• Schedule estimate appointments and WDIR inspections with Account Managers.
• Explain Arrow’s services, procedures, pricing, and fees to homeowners and partners.
• Follow up on leads and opportunities to keep the sales pipeline active.
• Maintain accurate customer, account, contact, and work order information.
• Assist with sales reporting and administrative duties.
