Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with a strong customer service focus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle high email/phone volumes.
• Attention to detail when entering orders, quoting, and maintaining price/availability.
• Ability to multitask, work under time-sensitive conditions and meet expectations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn company systems and order-entry software.
• Ability to understand product information and convey it clearly to customers and internal staff.
• Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, order entry, or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow through on requests from inquiry to resolution.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team, with professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
• Manage a high volume of customer correspondence, including up to 125 emails per day.
• Maintain and update e-Catalog items to ensure accurate product information.
• Provide customers with pricing, availability, and related information; prepare quotes as needed.
• Handle up to 50 calls per day, delivering excellent customer service.
• Follow up on delivery information, order status, and expedite requests.
• Assist customers in identifying appropriate solutions for products and services.
