Qualifications

• Proven track record of growing business through long-term customer relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills including quoting and order management; MS Office proficiency.
• Experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management.
• Ability to interact with customers and colleagues with tact and professionalism.
• Excellent keyboarding and proofreading skills; minimal errors.
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with product information and technical support.
• Respond quickly to quotes and communicate pricing structure.
• Enter orders accurately per customer specifications and track fulfillment.
• Coordinate pricing and lead times for non-stock items with purchasing.
• Answer phones and emails with professional etiquette.
• Develop new customer contacts and generate leads via cold-calling.
