Mid-States Bolt & Screw is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our Lansing, MI team. You will manage an existing territory, build strong customer relationships, and drive growth in a fast-paced industrial distribution environment.

You will work closely with Inside Sales and Operations to provide exceptional service, meet customer needs, and expand our market presence. A proven sales background and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualificações

• Outside sales experience in industrial distribution or related field preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to manage an established territory while developing new business.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow an established book of business in the assigned territory.
• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
• Coordinate with Inside Sales and Operations to ensure customer service and order accuracy.
• Meet with customers regularly to assess needs and propose product solutions.
• Prepare quotes, follow up on opportunities, and maintain customer communication.
