Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in product, warehouse, or sales environments preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills in fast-paced setting.
• Experience in industrial retail, inside sales, or inventory control is a plus.
• Attention to detail in handling transactions.
• Occasional overtime availability.
• Drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with industrial, medical, and specialty gases and welding supplies.
• Advise customers on tools, hardware, and materials for projects.
• Ensure paperwork (coding, costing, pricing) is completed accurately.
• Process orders and support deposits reconciliation.
• Coordinate costs, delivery, and showrooms for optimal customer experience.
• Move cylinders and organize pallets between locations.
